When I started Black Peak, I had made an outline of the plot from beginning to end, and that's it. There wasn't any script and I didn't do any other preparation, and perhaps it shows. It was really important to me that I simply get started rather than muck about making excuses about design and worldbuilding, so I went straight ahead and did it. Maybe that's why I managed to finish it, too.
