There's a very fine detail on this page that may escape you now if you know my later work. In Black Peak, Pryce's pupils do in fact mean something, and they change size on purpose. It's only Pryce that ever had the pin point pupils. These days I figure Kishimoto had it right: I give pin point pupils to anyone and everyone.
